Created a marketing and branding strategy for Victoria’s Secret to transform their current brand image. This was done by conducting primary and secondary research to understand the current perspective of consumers and how it can be spun in their favour to re-establish their brand against their competitors. Used Qualtrics for the surveys with a response rate of approximately 100 responses and conducted 10 interviews of women from different backgrounds.

​Worked on creating an intuitive and innovative solution for RBC, as I navigated ways to reduce the time it takes for homebuyers to buy a house. I defined the problem, described my target group, conducted empathy interviews with the targeted group, framed possible ideas and prototypes, and finally chose the ultimate solution, which involved creating a detailed dashboard that addressed all their issues.
